Caitlin Clark is back in action on Sunday.
The No. 1 overall pick of the 2024 WNBA Draft is seeking her sixth consecutive double-double when the Indiana Fever (10-14) head to Minneapolis to take on the Minnesota Lynx (16-7) on Sunday.
The Fever are coming off a win over the shorthanded Phoenix Mercury on Friday, where Clark tied the franchise's assist per game record with 13 in the Fever's victory. Clark averages 7.6 assists per game, second in the league only to the Connecticut Sun's Alyssa Thomas (7.9), and has had double-digit assists now in five consecutive games.
Meanwhile, the Lynx defeated the New York Liberty on Tuesday without Olympian Napheesa Collier, who has been sidelined since July 4 due to a left foot injury. It isn't clear if Collier will be ready to suit up by Sunday.
